We need to make sure technology is accessible to everyone, regardless of their comfort level. Consider the possibilities if we as an industry took just a small portion of our traditional R&D budgets - averaging billions of dollars each year - and put that money into truly understanding what consumers need before putting a single dollar into developing new products. I believe our innovation levels will skyrocket, and so will our success in the marketplace.
